Information you provide

#

We may receive account details, business and listing content, destination URLs, country selections, support messages, and information included in reports, appeals, or other moderation submissions.

Payments and transactions

#

Transaction records may include wallet balances, amounts, currencies, payment status, processor references, invoices, refunds, and disputes. Payment providers can collect payment credentials directly, so VULU does not need to store full card details.

Usage and device data

#

This service counts anonymous aggregate page views, visits, listing clicks, and engagement time. Analytics uses no cookies, account identifiers, retained IP addresses, or persistent browser identifiers. Country is derived transiently at the network edge, and short-lived in-memory session values are used only to count a visit and prevent duplicate or overlapping events.

How we use data

#

We use information as reasonably necessary to operate, protect, and improve VULU.

  • Deliver accounts, listings, and country rankings.
  • Process, authorize, and reconcile purchases, refunds, and disputes.
  • Review destinations and enforce safety rules.
  • Measure performance, prevent fraud, and secure the service.
  • Support users, comply with law, and improve VULU.
#

Depending on the activity and applicable law, we rely on performing a contract with you, meeting legal obligations, pursuing legitimate interests such as service security and fraud prevention, or your consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future use where consent is the basis.

How information is shared

#

We may share information with providers that support infrastructure, authentication, analytics, customer support, fraud and security, and payments. We may also share information with authorities where legally required.

International transfers

#

VULU and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Retention

#

We keep information according to the purpose for which it was collected and the time needed for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, and security. We then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable law.

Your choices and rights

#

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; receive portable data; withdraw consent; and complain to the relevant data-protection authority. These rights can have legal limits and exceptions. Contact us to make a request.

Security

#

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No online service can promise perfect security, so please protect your credentials and tell us about suspected misuse.

Minors

#

Purchasing on VULU is restricted to adults, and the service is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the situation.

Changes to this notice

#

We may update this notice as VULU and its configured services change. We will post the new date and provide notice of material changes where reasonably practical or required by law.
