Terms

By visiting or using VULU, you agree to these Terms. When you submit or purchase a listing, you also agree to the Rules and acknowledge the Privacy notice.

You must be at least 18 to purchase on VULU. If you act for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them and to promote the submitted destination.

Provide accurate, current information, keep credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity through your account. Tell VULU promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of your listing content. You give VULU a worldwide, non-exclusive license for the time reasonably needed, only to provide your listing within VULU by hosting, displaying, resizing, formatting, reviewing, moderating, and distributing that content. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

Listings rank separately by country using visible active bid values. Each captured contribution expires independently 24 hours after capture, so rank can change as contributions start, expire, are refunded, or are disputed.

When positive active bid values tie, the older listing ranks first; when all active values reach zero, the prior relative order is preserved. VULU does not guarantee traffic, clicks, watch time, sales, uptime, a particular position, or permanent rank.

Prices may be displayed in a selected currency using a conversion value, and taxes may apply. Your wallet balance, quoted amount, and final charge are shown in the purchase flow before authorization.

A payment provider may authorize the payment and VULU may capture it after the listing is approved. Processor terms and checks may also apply.

VULU may review, reject, pause, de-rank, remove, or disable listings; request changes; restrict features; preserve evidence; and suspend or permanently ban accounts as described in the Rules.

These actions may happen before or after publication and after a purchase. A Rules violation may result in loss of the affected placement without refund to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory refund rights remain protected.

A contribution's scheduled expiry is part of the ranking service and is not itself a cancellation. Advertiser cancellation, chargeback, refund, and payment-dispute requests are handled according to the purchase state, payment-provider process, these Terms, the Rules, and applicable law.

Do not submit an improper chargeback or use a payment dispute to evade enforcement. Nothing here removes any refund or dispute right that cannot legally be excluded.

Listings lead to destinations operated by advertisers or other third parties. The advertiser is solely responsible for its products, claims, legality, fulfillment, privacy practices, and customer service. VULU does not endorse a destination merely by displaying it.

VULU and its licensors retain rights in the service, brand, software, and original content. You may not copy, reverse engineer, automatically extract, interfere with, or misuse VULU except where applicable law gives you a right that these Terms cannot restrict.

VULU may change, test, pause, or discontinue features, and the service may experience maintenance or outages. We will consider active purchases and mandatory rights when making material changes, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VULU is provided on an as-available basis without implied warranties, and VULU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for amounts beyond those paid for the affected service.

These disclaimers and limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. They also do not limit any responsibility that applicable law requires VULU to accept.

You are responsible for losses and claims caused by your unlawful content, breach of these Terms or the Rules, or misuse of VULU, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This responsibility does not override protections or limits that applicable law makes non-waivable.

You may stop using VULU. VULU may suspend or terminate access, listings, or accounts for Rules violations, legal or safety risk, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms.

After termination, licenses end except as reasonably needed for records, disputes, enforcement, and legal obligations. Provisions about accrued payments, intellectual property, responsibility, liability, and disputes survive where their purpose requires it.

Norwegian law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy, and other local protections that apply to you. These Terms do not take away rights that cannot legally be excluded.

VULU may update these Terms as the service changes. Updated Terms take effect on the date shown here, and we will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical or required by law. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to mandatory law.
